Online Consultations

You can now contact your doctor online through our eConsult service – simply click on the eConsult link on the front page of the website.  You can go through this to enquire about your condition or symptoms.  You can also make an administrative request such as extending a sick note.

eConsult enquiries can be submitted at any time of the day to suit you and from any device with the internet.  No passwords are needed for eConsult – we will however ask you to complete an online form to give your doctor as much information as possible.

Your doctor will review your enquiry and get back to you by the end of the next working day with the next steps.

Patient Access: Book Appointments & Prescriptions on your mobile and desktop

To sign up for this service, just pop into the surgery with some photographic ID and we can issue you with a password to use this facility. If you find it difficult to come into the practice, let us know and we can make alternative arrangements for you.

Patient Access is available as an App for all Apple and Android devices. Please visit the relevant online store to download.
