Ordering Prescriptions

Prescriptions can be ordered online through Patient Access (see below for more information) or by returning the tear-off slip on the right hand side of your prescription, either in person or by post to the surgery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept prescription requests over the telephone.

If you require any items that are not on your repeat prescription list please make an appointment to see the doctor.

Two working days are required to process your prescription Requests are not accepted over the telephone. Prescriptions are available for collection after 2.00pm each day during the week. If you have a query over a prescription please ring after 10.00am.

Ordering Prescriptions Online
