Everyone is welcome from 2.00 – 3.30 pm on the second Thursday of each month commencing on the 11th February.
Volunteers from the Rotary Club of Wallasey and the Heart of Egremont are opening a Memory Café. The Café will be run by volunteers trained in dementia awareness with the support of health professionals. Activities could include :- Painting, Exercise, Bingo, Games / Jigsaws / Quizzes, Singing / Poetry Readings.
A programme of events will be developed for both carers and the cared for. The Memory café enables you to take a break from your caring role. However, the café is NOT to be used for respite purposes.
