Phlebotomy

Following feedback from Patients and GP Practices. Changes have been made to the way patients receive a blood test from July 2019:

  • Please contact the surgery on 0151 630 2080 to arrange a pre-bookable blood test appointment with our phlebotomist at St Georges Medical Centre. We offer appointments at the surgery Monday to Friday, including early morning appointments. Please make sure you drink plenty of water in time for your appointment. Being well hydrated allows for the phlebotomist to draw your blood with greater ease.Please note drop in clinics are no longer available at Victoria Central Hospital
