Natasha works with all of our teams to ensure that the correct systems are in place to provide the highest quality of patient care, patient safety, human resources, finance, premises and facilities.
Our Reception Team are your initial point of contact with the practice.
The team can provide basic information on services, results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query.
Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses.
They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions, dealing with enquiries, dealing with patient records and managing patient registration documents.
Our Administrative Team is responsible for keeping your records up to date, dealing with incoming hospital letters, arranging clinics and immunisations and ensuring you are recalled for long term condition monitoring.
Our Medicines Management Team, managed by Carole Graham, deal with any queries with regard to medication. This can range from issuing a Repeat Prescription that just needs a GPs signature to asking the GP to re-issue or review the medication and even ordering of specialized medications such food supplements needed, seasonal medication and much more.
